Booking
How do I book?
Book online. Pick the equipment and dates, upload your license and insurance, sign the agreement and pay. You get a confirmation text right away.
Is there a deposit?
Yes. A refundable deposit is held on your card and released after the equipment comes back clean and undamaged.
Can I cancel?
Cancel at least 24 hours before pickup for a full refund. Later cancellations may lose the first day.
Do you charge tax?
Yes. Texas law requires a 10% motor vehicle rental tax on trailer rentals and 8.25% sales tax on the skid steer. It is shown before you pay.
Pickup and towing
Where do I pick up?
Our yard is in Far West San Antonio (78252). We text the exact address and lock code after you book.
What truck do I need?
A 3/4 ton or larger pickup with a 2 5/16 in ball, a working 7-pin plug and an electric brake controller.
Do you deliver?
Skid steers are always delivered and picked up by our crew. Delivery is $50 within 15 miles of our yard, free on rentals over 1 day, and $3 per mile each way past 15 miles, up to 40 miles. One day rentals are dropped in the morning and picked up at the end of the day. Dump trailers are picked up at our yard.
What are the hours?
Pickup and return 7 AM to 7 PM, 7 days a week.
Using the equipment
What can I haul in the dump trailer?
Construction debris, roofing, yard waste, dirt, gravel, mulch and household junk. No hazardous waste, paint, chemicals, tires, batteries, asbestos or liquids.
How heavy can the load be?
Keep it under about 9,800 lb. Dirt, rock and concrete get heavy fast, so fill those only partway.
Where do I dump it?
At a landfill, transfer station or a City of San Antonio bulky waste drop off site. You pay their fee. Ask us and we will point you to the closest one.
Do I need to call 811?
Yes, before any digging. It is free and required in Texas.
Returns
What if I am late?
Text us as soon as you know. Late returns are charged by the hour and then by the day, especially if someone is booked after you.
What if something breaks?
Stop using it and text us right away with photos. Normal wear is on us. Damage from misuse comes out of the deposit.
